  • Political discussions, advocacy, or debates

  • Sexual comments, sexual content, or sexually explicit material

5.2 Limited Exception for Fictional Discussion

References to politics, discrimination, violence, or mature themes are permitted only when directly related to the fictional story plots, characters, or narrative arcs of Company‑produced content. Such discussions must remain respectful, analytical, and relevant to the fiction.

5.3 Enforcement

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove content, mute or ban users, suspend accounts, or terminate memberships without refund. All moderation decisions are final.

6. Content Access and Sharing Restrictions

Certain content offered by the Company is restricted to specific access levels, including free membership, paid membership, or other gated offerings. This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Member‑exclusive audio content

  • Early releases or bonus episodes

  • Digital downloads

  • Exclusive comics, scripts, or behind‑the‑scenes materials

  • Member‑only Discord channels or posts

Members may not share, distribute, reproduce, upload, repost, stream, record, screenshot, or otherwise make available any gated or members‑only content to non‑members or outside the platform where it is officially provided.

This restriction applies to all forms of sharing, including social media, websites, file‑sharing services, messaging platforms, private servers, or re‑uploads.

Any violation of this section will result in immediate termination of membership without refund, and the Company reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for unauthorized distribution.

7. Merchandise Sales

The Company sells physical and digital merchandise, including apparel, accessories, home goods, comics, graphic novels, and script books.

All merchandise sales are final unless otherwise required by law. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may vary slightly from the final product.

8. Payments and Billing

9. Membership Cancellation

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for unused time, partial billing periods, or terminated memberships.

Any violation of these Terms, including community guideline violations or unauthorized content sharing, may result in:

  • Immediate termination of membership

  • Loss of access to content and community spaces

  • No refunds under any circumstances

The Company reserves the right to take legal action where appropriate.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

All services, content, and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Company makes no warranties of any kind regarding uninterrupted access, error‑free operation, or specific results.

12. Limitation of Liability
