Images, descriptions, or designs of limited‑edition or unreleased merchandise
Marketing materials, concepts, campaign plans, promotional assets, previews, press‑only or influencer‑only materials
Approved or unapproved talking points, posting schedules, and embargo information
Any summaries, excerpts, screenshots, recordings, clips, analyses, or derivative works of the above

All Confidential Information is protected regardless of format or medium, whether written, visual, audio, digital, or otherwise, and whether or not it is marked as confidential.

2. Prohibited Actions and Restrictions on Use

Unless you have received prior explicit written authorization from Mixsir Media, LLC, you are strictly prohibited from:

Publishing, posting, streaming, sharing, leaking, disclosing, or distributing Confidential Information
Quoting, summarizing, reviewing, reacting to, analyzing, or commenting on unreleased or confidential materials
Discussing Confidential Information in any forum, public or private, including social media, podcasts, livestreams, messaging platforms, Discord, Patreon, Substack, review sites, or private communities
Downloading, copying, reproducing, recording, archiving, or storing any content
Capturing or distributing screenshots, images, audio, or video recordings
Referencing, hinting at, or “teasing” unreleased content (including vague or indirect disclosures)
Providing access to any unauthorized third party, including colleagues, collaborators, editors, managers, or affiliates

Any use outside the scope of express written permission is unauthorized and prohibited.

3. Embargo and Authorized Content Only

All Confidential Information is embargoed and not approved for public disclosure unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by Mixsir Media, LLC.

If publication or promotion is authorized, you may only use:

Explicitly approved assets
Explicitly approved talking points
Explicitly approved posting dates and embargo lift times

Any content not expressly approved in writing is deemed unauthorized.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All Confidential Information remains the exclusive intellectual property of Mixsir Media, LLC.
No license, ownership rights, approval for publication, or implied permissions are granted by virtue of access. Access is limited solely to authorized purposes.

5. FTC Endorsement and Disclosure Compliance (If Applicable)

Where publication is expressly authorized, you agree to comply with all FTC endorsement and disclosure requirements, including clear and conspicuous disclosure of any material relationship with Mixsir Media, LLC (such as gifted access, early previews, sponsorships, or paid collaborations).
Failure to comply constitutes a breach of this Notice.

6. Legal Remedies and Enforcement

Any unauthorized use, disclosure, or breach of this Notice may result in immediate legal action, including but not limited to:

Injunctive or equitable relief
Monetary damages
Statutory damages
Recovery of attorneys’ fees and costs

These remedies are cumulative and do not limit any other rights or remedies available under law.

7. No Public Disclosure

Confidential Information is not intended for public release, press coverage, reviews, speculation, or commentary unless expressly approved in writing.
Any public disclosure—whether accurate or inaccurate—constitutes a material breach of this Notice.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction (United States)

This Notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the laws of the State of Georgia (GA), without regard to conflict‑of‑laws principles.

Any dispute, claim, or action arising out of or relating to this Notice or the Confidential Information shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the United States, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

Nothing herein limits Mixsir Media, LLC’s right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect its confidential and proprietary information.

9. Acceptance

By accessing or continuing to use these materials, you confirm that:

You understand the confidential nature of the materials
You agree to maintain strict confidentiality
You accept full legal responsibility for any unauthorized use or disclosure
